This weekend we had the Oregon State Rowing Team! What a great group of ladies! They come up every year to “get away” from the hustle and bustle of the city and focus on their training. They were so polite and very thankful, it was a pleasure to have them here. Looking forward to seeing them again next time!

We would like to tell you what a wonderful time we had at Camp Cascade this past weekend and how amazing we think you all are!

From walking in Thursday night and noticing all the little changes with decor and overall “cleanliness” to saying goodbye on Sunday. We loved every minute of our weekend and everything about your family! The food was amazing and I’m sure we all gained about 10 pounds over the weekend.

It was a real pleasure. Janine and Nick did a GREAT JOB all the way around. We  applauded their efforts. The food was well planned, interesting and she GRACIOUSLY provided fine vegetarian-gluten free options for me and one other. What a difference.

I attended the Greenbaum’s Quilt retreat, October 8-10/2010 and was pleasantly surprised. So glad I went, since I considered canceling after I learned that we’ll be staying on camp grounds, it was nothing like I had expected. The cabins are very clean and the grounds are very well kept (hot water and toilets, my way of camping), the staff was very friendly and the food was soooo delicious, real home cooked meals. Since I have special dietary needs, I had called ahead and asked for substitutes and you guys where nothing but nice and accommodating.
